Shops

     Shops are a useful way to obtain equipment and make
    some gold by selling excess equipment. Shops are spread
    in various places throughout Alanthia, but are most commonly
    found in towns. New Thalos and Midgaard are good towns to
    begin your shopping career in. Stores tend to be specific to
    buying and selling only certain types of objects. Not every
    shop will buy your excess armor, just like not every shop will
    take a jewel off your hands. They also buy and sell at different
    percents of the value. Explore! The following commands are
    used at shops :
    read <sign>: Most shops have signs in their
     store. Read will let you read the sign.
    list: List the items available for sale, the quantity
     available, and the price.
    buy <amount>*<object>: Buy amount objects.
    buy <object>: Buy one object.
    value <object>: See how much a shopkeeper is willing
     to pay for an object.
    sell <object>: Sell an object.
    buy <pet> <name>: Buy a pet named name.
    repair <weapon>: Repair a weapon at a repair shop.

Banks
    If excess gold is weighing you down and halting your exploits
    you may wish to store some cash in the bank in Midgaard.
    The following commands are used at the bank :
    balance: Displays how much gold you currently have in the
     bank.
    deposit <amount>: Put amount of gold in the bank
    withdraw <amount>: Take amount of gold from the bank
